Our company is seeking a highly skilled Technical Regulatory Specialist to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this position will be to ensure that regulatory compliance assessment and monitoring processes are in place, guaranteeing our operations meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- We require regular assessments and monitoring of operational-related contractors and our operations in Brazil to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Internal and external audits and inspections must be performed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including NRs, ISO, SGSO, SGSS, SGIP, MLC, and ISM.
- You will support the supply chain by defining the scope of work for regulatory audit/inspections contracts.
- We need you to collaborate with other departments to provide guidance on regulatory requirements and support the development of KPIs for the Regulatory and Institutional Affairs Department.
- An engineering background is essential.
- A minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in the Oil & Gas industry is required.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English are necessary.
- Familiarity with engineering/industry standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, NACE, etc. is expected.
