Job Title: Sports and Football Content Creator Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Sports and Football Content Creator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sports and football related creators on our platform.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of sports /football/ ACG (Anime, Comic, Game) type creators.
  • Formulate the overall operation plan and strategy for creator growth, traffic, activeness, and other indicators.
  • Understand the ecological supply and demand relationship of sports /football/ ACG contents and plan marketing strategies to enhance creator value.
  • Responsible for analyzing creators' consumption data in-site and off-site, guiding them to create and improve content, optimizing operation ideas, and promoting fan and traffic growth.
  • Maintain creator community and fan relationship operations, planning online and offline meetings/events, and monitoring campaign effects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experienced in creator & user maintenance, training, and education, or experience in MCN is preferred.
  • Mastering talent skills introduction and community operation mechanisms with sports stars, football Clubs, sports commentators resources, or gaming famous players, commentators resources is preferred.
  • Familiar with sports /football/ ACG field and content production, being a creator or successful in social media account operation is preferred.
  • Have experience in user and campaign operation, good at organizing and planning online and offline events, and pay attention to process management.
