Content Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Mainly responsible for sports, football, tech related events and trending operations, promoting the consumption and discussion of users in-app; able to plan, adjust and optimize strategic solutions through data analysis.
- Monitor and discover trending events, be able to respond quickly to breaking events, explore and analyze user preferences by exploring internal trends.
- Build a fan community atmosphere by planning and formulating campaign plans, promoting, maintaining, and stimulating users' interest in participating; incentivize the creation of sports and football communities in-app.
- Identify and maintain, coach and mentor quality creators in football, sports, cars and other content categories; maintain good communication with them so that they can contribute quality content in campaigns and trending events, gradually optimizing creator maintenance processes and satisfaction.
- Manage account operations, growing its following and influence as the reference for in-app creators.
- Flexible to work on the night shift, as well as on holidays and weekends to cover hotspots
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism and communication, digital media related majors, strong creative level of copywriting; video-editing skills are a plus.
- Two or more years of working experience in the sports industry or related media, websites or communities, with experience in operating large-scale football and sports events (such as Campeonato Brasileiro, Libertadores, World Cup or Olympic Games); experience in the planning of online campaigns is preferred.
- Interested and knowledgeable about the digital content, social media online platform markets, especially in football and sports interest communities; active user of social media
- Passionate about football, familiar with most of the teams, players and related personnel in Brazil and Europe; good networking within the local football industry and able to maintain relations or communication with fan opinion leaders and senior people in the industry (e.g. journalists).
- Good knowledge of Brazilian sporting culture, including but not limited to football, and able to provide constructive solutions for building a distinctive sports communities.
- Strong news and trends sensibilities, curious and passionate of exploring uncharted territory and facing difficult challenges.
- Full professional proficiency in English both for speaking and writing skills.
