As a skilled IT PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our IT community with strategic guidance on change management processes and methodologies. You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation on our enterprise IT change management process, establish effective change management approaches for various projects and scenarios, and work closely with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the IT community with change management process & methodology guidance
  • Create & maintain documentation on our enterprise IT change management process
  • Establish change management approaches for various types of projects and/or scenarios

In this role, you will collaborate with the IT PMO Director and Project Managers (PMs) inside the IT PMO, as well as PMs, team members, and leaders across the IT Enterprise. You will contribute to the assessment and creation of an enterprise IT change management maturity model and roadmap, manage the Enterprise IT change review gate, and support our Enterprise IT community with their global communication needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, IT, or related field
  • Experience in change management
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts
  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of skills
  • Ability to suspend judgment and appreciate diverse perspectives
  • Ability to motivate and support those within our IT PM community
  • Highly organized, able to balance multiple tasks and work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work with and analyze various data sets
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including advanced experience with pivot tables and chart skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheet, Rally, Service Now SPM
  • Project management certification (ie., CAPM, PMP, CSM, CPM, ACP, APM) is a plus
  • Advanced/Fluent English
