Job Description:

  • As a Digital Solutions Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that align with organizational strategy and priorities.
  • You will properly plan work to allocate resources for the development and deployment of digital solutions and projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered as per plan and budget.
  • Coordinate various workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts to configure tools accurately.
  • Ensure that the right stakeholders provide the right expertise for the progress of digital projects.
  • Understand how assigned tasks affect all disciplines and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate input to other disciplines.
  • Provide regular feedback to stakeholders on project resource needs in advance.
  • Prioritize activities to effectively manage conflicting deadlines and meet key milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure changes are conveyed through established channels of communication to minimize impact on deliverables and projects.
  • Organize and document work to support easy understanding by others.
  • Ensure proper level of checks for all deliverables prior to submission.
  • Identify dependencies and obtain alignment with project stakeholders to ensure safety and quality are not sacrificed in the effort to meet the project schedule.
  • Understand project requirements and appropriately assign tasks to team members.
  • Proactively address any performance issues and collaborate with line manager to continuously improve team performance.
  • Promote a positive work environment to keep high employee engagement.
  • Ensure proper communication with internal and external clients to inform all parties promptly of project developments.
  • Proactively track areas likely to change to reduce surprise elements, added costs, and delays to projects.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or Project Management degree.
  • Relevant advantage: Degree in Data.
  • PI OSISOFT experience (training can be provided).
  • Experience in digital environments.
  • Experience in operations is a plus.
  • Experience in project management of digital projects.
  • Advanced English.
