We are seeking a seasoned transformation expert to support our customer engagements.

Job Description

As a Business Transformation Architect, you will be responsible for crafting innovative strategies that define the vision, program success metrics, and executable roadmaps to achieve desired business outcomes. You will work closely with C-level customers to drive scale, speed to value, and sustain future success. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing business requirements gathering, bringing industry best practices to the table, and ensuring that solution designs meet and support business goals and objectives.

You will co-create visions and strategies that align customers' business goals with their customer experience and connect them to business value models for iterative realization. Your role will also involve driving radical business process simplification across large enterprise customer organizations, advocating for business innovation by mapping Salesforce capabilities to desired experiences, and providing prescriptive yet collaborative advice on digital marketing, sales, and service excellence.

Your transformation roadmap will bridge vision to execution in an actionable and iterative manner. You will define governance models to help customers achieve strategic goals through understanding their business strategy and technology needs. Additionally, you will nurture and manage cultural change, develop adoption strategies, and ensure psychological safety to optimize successful value realization.

You will shape large enterprise roll-out initiatives with market engagement and enablement strategies and contribute to broader goals by becoming a citizen philanthropist. Our ideal candidate has extensive client-facing experience, effectively builds client relationships in multi-stakeholder environments, and possesses convincing consulting presence and presentation/facilitation skills comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs at large enterprise companies
  • 7+ years consulting in the Banking and/or Finance Services Industry
  • Extensive client-facing experience and ability to effectively build client relationships in multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience in Business Strategy, Product Management, Agile, Program Governance, Experience Design, Change Management, and/or Value Realization
  • Convincing consulting presence and presentation/facilitation skills comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Theoretical and practical business process domain expertise in at least one of the areas sales, service, marketing with Banking/Finance Services industry context
