Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for quality assurance activities, including validation of processes and testing methods, product transfers, and non-conformance investigations. Foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.
- Strategically plan and oversee quality improvement initiatives, utilizing engineering methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean to align with regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape operational strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert technical guidance on complex quality engineering issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop solutions that meet business needs.
