Senior Logistics Manager

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our first mile operations. This critical role oversees the entire supply chain, from seller pickups to delivery point dispatching with partner carriers.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Operations Management: Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of daily logistics operations, proactively following up on performance and maintaining high service levels.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, providing data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Supplier Coordination: Foster strong relationships with logistics partners, ensuring their services meet company standards and align with short- and medium-term business objectives.
- Operational Standardization: Establish and document best practices for first mile logistics, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance management models.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in logistics operations and supplier performance, benchmarking industry best practices and implementing initiatives to enhance efficiency, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Crisis Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Proactively resolve issues, ensure smooth communication between teams, and timely escalation of critical cases.
- Network Strategy Development: Support the development of first mile network strategies, aligning logistics infrastructure with business growth plans and cost optimization goals.
