Role Summary:
Manage human resources activities, involving personnel administration, payroll, labor relations, benefit management, compensation, and human resources cost management. Implementing strategic and operational guidelines for your department, in order to capture, maintain, and develop people in complianceResponsibilities:
You will be responsible for carrying out the following responsibilities:
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the task related to Payroll function such as the routine of frequency control (Clock card), Vacation, Termination, Hiring, and Tax analysis and Payment control (FGTS digital, DCTFweb, DIRF, E-social obligations).
- Prepare KPIs and HR reports.
- Prepare documents and liaise with the Union and Health & Safety department to ensure compliance with all Union contracts and labor regulations.
- Prepare Performance Management report within deadlines and following up with the employees and leadership team.
- Organize surveys and providing solutions related to HR activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Job Requirement
- A Degree in Administration, Law, Human Resources, or Accounting.
- Advantage to have good knowledge related to Union negotiation and Health & Safety function.
- English language – Intermediate level (Written and Spoken) will be differential.
- Knowledgeable in HRIS System (Workday).
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with strong initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to work in person and on-site in Campinas.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
A degree in the related job field.
At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in Payroll and Benefits administration.
Willing to relocate to the job location.
