Job Summary

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide security controls and policies to mitigate risks in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Additionally, they will provide operational support to business consumers of security controls and services, ensuring seamless integration with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust security controls and policies to protect against cyber threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security frameworks and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain hardened secure baseline configurations to ensure consistent security posture across the organization.
  • Provide expert guidance on email security best practices, exchange online controls, and related technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends, applying knowledge to enhance existing security protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with email security best practices, exchange online controls, and related technologies.
  • Strong background in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with creating and managing secure baseline configurations.
  • Hands-on implementation and analysis of security configuration policies in an enterprise IT context.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
