Job Title: Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

This role will involve collaborating with our Cyber team to track and resolve security vulnerability findings within tight timeframes. You will work independently on assignments, implementing and maintaining Tanium endpoint security solutions to detect and remediate vulnerabilities in real-time. Additionally, you will provide regular Tanium reports and chartings on the state of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Cyber team to identify and assess vulnerabilities in our infrastructure.
  • Implement and maintain Tanium endpoint security solutions to detect and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Provide regular Tanium reports and chartings on the state of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.
  • Work with application teams to identify and assess vulnerabilities in applications team OS's.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of standardized solutions with end-to-end automation for our various patching solutions.
  • Participate in research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in operational support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Enterprise scale engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Experience using WSUS for server patching.
  • Experience with Tanium or similar patching applications.
  • Experience with Solarwinds Environment.
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 configuration, patching, and security hardening experience.
  • CVE vulnerability remediation experience.
  • Experience with automating and scripting tasks.
  • Experience with ticketing and change request system.
