About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an international team and make a real impact on our global platform operations.

We're seeking someone with a solid technical background in Windows server environment and experience with Hyper V, VMware, Veeam, Server Operating Systems, and Citrix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot incident and complex problems to ensure customer SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with Senior IT Staff to optimize server infrastructure performance and assure security in a high availability environment.
  • Support the installation, configuration, and operation of the Windows server environment.
  • Participate in the application of security patches.
  • Collaborate with Cyber team to track and resolve all security vulnerability findings within appropriate timeframes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 configuration, patching, and security hardening experience.
  • Knowledge of CITRIX Technologies (XenApp, XenDesktop, VDA, VDI).
  • Proven experience in an enterprise-scale engineering or relevant discipline.
