Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Administration Engineer to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering OpenShift environments for development and customer-facing production environments.

You will require deep experience specifically with supporting production Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes environments. This includes managing the container platform ecosystem, assisting in change management, cluster capacity management, and providing L3 engineering support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in RedHat OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes, and RedHat Linux administration. Additionally, they will have experience working with infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform or Ansible.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in the Information Technology Field
  • Industry experience working with cloud technologies and handling DevOps Functions for complex systems
  • Experience in deploying microservices in OpenShift Cluster and Kubernetes or Docker
  • Experience in VMware Virtualization infrastructure
  • Experience in CI/CD Pipeline
  • Experience in networking and understanding of network Protocols, DNS, VPN, and Load Balancing
  • Experience in shell, python scripting
