HR Systems Analyst (HRIS) Role


This hybrid role is based in Contagem, Minas Gerais (MG).


Key Responsibilities
  • The HR Systems Analyst partners with customers to analyze work processes, design improvements, and leverage technology to support HR.
  • Support and enable the strategy and development of HR systems, providing ongoing system support for the HR ecosystem.
  • Maintain Workday HCM data integrity, provide expert user support, and act as a technical point-of-contact for data integrity, testing, reporting, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Address escalated questions and requests via Service Now and other channels in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in HRIS technologies and practices.
  • Collaborate with departments to translate business needs into system functionality and user-friendly processes.
  • Perform complex queries and report creation, configuration, testing, prototyping, and vendor escalations as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • HRIS experience.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday, HCM, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Oracle, and/or ADP, preferably in a global, multi-tenant environment.
  • Extensive experience supporting HR functions (core HRM/HR Administration, payroll, timekeeping, learning management, benefits, and talent acquisition) in a large, complex enterprise across multiple geographies.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and terminology.
  • Experience with systems management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Access and Excel).
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures relating to HR systems.
  • Experience leading pieces of large-scale projects and initiatives.
