Analyzing System Reliability

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Analyst to join our team.
- Support the reliability of our railway control system by providing auxiliary assistance.
- Analyze reported faults from clients, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze logs to optimize system performance.
- Prioritize fault correction based on reliability data.
- Compile comprehensive reports on system reliability.
- Configure log copies from production servers/panels for analysis.
- Analyze alarms from the TI monitoring tool (Zabbix) to prevent system failures.
- Train and educate clients on implemented infrastructure.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Information Technology or Engineering, preferably Railway Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel requirements.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with an emphasis on clear communication.
- Familiarity with automation systems, with a focus on seamless integration.
- Knowledge of railway operations, including safety protocols and best practices.
