Lead Software Engineer

We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our team of talented engineers who are responsible for developing and enhancing control system software. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who wants to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our company.

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and enhancing software concepts for new technology applications as part of new product introductions.
  • Defining software feature and diagnostics requirements and documentation.
  • Prototyping new software concepts through modeling and simulation.
  • Developing MATLAB scripts and SIMULINK models.
  • Developing test procedures to ensure performance meets requirements.
  • Performing and documenting failure modes analysis (DFMEA).

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Professional project experience in software development, particularly with control systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software tools and processes.
  • Demonstrated technical project or program execution capability.
  • Skilled in developing, analyzing, and reviewing SIMULINK and Visio model diagrams.
