Key Responsibilities
  • Support activities related to software infrastructure, focusing on user demands in the factory floor environment.
  • Participate in projects involving various global IT initiatives.
Requirements
  • Cursing Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Intermediate English skills.
  • Prefers working in a factory environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows system.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Support software infrastructure projects, including network, print on demand, end-user, assets, in the factory floor and office environments.
  • Support processes related to asset management in the factory floor and office environments.
  • Support IT systems used in production machines.
  • Develop solutions for new infrastructure demands in the factory floor and office environments.
  • Manage and support Help Desk and remote operations demands.
