Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead process improvement initiatives across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industrial Engineering and a passion for operational excellence.

  • Evaluate and enhance workflows across multiple internal teams, including HR, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and introduce automation and best practices to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mapping & Redesign:
    • Analyze and document current-state workflows.
    • Design optimized future-state processes to improve quality, speed, and alignment across departments.
  • Data-Driven Process Improvement:
    • Define and track operational KPIs relevant to each department.
    • Use Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable gains in efficiency and performance.
  • Automation & Tool Enablement:
    • Recommend and implement technology solutions to eliminate manual steps and improve handoffs across teams.
    • Support system integrations between CRMs, finance tools, HR platforms, and marketing automation systems.
  • SOP Development & Documentation:
    • Build and maintain clear SOPs, process maps, and training documentation for optimized workflows.
    • Standardize documentation practices to ensure continuity and ease of adoption across global and remote teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management:
    • Partner with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to gather input and drive process ownership.
    • Lead pilot programs to test improvements and collect feedback before broader rollout.
