About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing new business opportunities for CHEP, including new verticals and geographies. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a business case proposal for new opportunities
  • Pursuing new customers in the FMCG segment
  • Supporting our growth strategy in Brazil
  • Leading an internal multifunctional team to envision opportunities and define business models
  • Negotiating with customers to close deals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership and initiative skills
  • Supply chain and logistics expertise
  • Commercial experience and customer orientation
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity
