About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing new business opportunities for CHEP, including new verticals and geographies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing a business case proposal for new opportunities
- Pursuing new customers in the FMCG segment
- Supporting our growth strategy in Brazil
- Leading an internal multifunctional team to envision opportunities and define business models
- Negotiating with customers to close deals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Leadership and initiative skills
- Supply chain and logistics expertise
- Commercial experience and customer orientation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle ambiguity
