About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Brambles. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mapping new business opportunities for CHEP, including new verticals and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a business case proposal for new opportunities
- Pursue new customers in FMCG segments
- Support Brazil Growth strategy
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations
- Rapidly identify and achieve support from key decision makers
- Develop business analysis and negotiation skills
- Lead an internal multifunctional team
- Develop new solutions based on customer needs
- Prioritize identified opportunities
- Present CHEP solution to potential clients
Requirements
- Leadership, initiative, motivation, and drive
- Supply Chain and Logistics expertise
- Commercial experience, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
- Good communication and team building skills
- Effective at handling ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Commercial area
Language Skills
- Fluent in English
- Spanish is desirable
