About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Brambles. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mapping new business opportunities for CHEP, including new verticals and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a business case proposal for new opportunities
  • Pursue new customers in FMCG segments
  • Support Brazil Growth strategy
  • Pro-actively hunt for target organizations
  • Rapidly identify and achieve support from key decision makers
  • Develop business analysis and negotiation skills
  • Lead an internal multifunctional team
  • Develop new solutions based on customer needs
  • Prioritize identified opportunities
  • Present CHEP solution to potential clients

Requirements

  • Leadership, initiative, motivation, and drive
  • Supply Chain and Logistics expertise
  • Commercial experience, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
  • Good communication and team building skills
  • Effective at handling ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Commercial area

Language Skills

  • Fluent in English
  • Spanish is desirable
