Unlock New Business Opportunities with CHEP

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities for CHEP, including new verticals and geographies.
  • Develop a business case proposal and negotiate with key decision-makers to obtain the required information.
  • Lead an internal multifunctional team to envision the opportunity, define the required business model, and develop new solutions based on customer needs.
  • Prioritize identified opportunities, considering value added, risks, and barriers for CHEP.
  • Present CHEP's solution to potential clients as a value-added opportunity to close the business.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Commercial area.
  • Effective translation of a new project opportunity into a feasible plan, including operational areas considerations, resources, and implementation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership, initiative, motivation, and drive, results-oriented.
  • Supply Chain and Logistics expertise.
  • Commercial experience, customer orientation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good communicator.
  • Team building, good organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Effective at handling ambiguity.
Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English.
  • Spanish is desirable.
