**Job Summary**

The J.P. Morgan Commercial and Investment Bank is seeking a skilled Market Risk Specialist to join the Market Risk team in São Paulo. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring market risk exposures and sensitivities across all Line of Business in the Latam Region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Monitor and analyze market risk reports and limits to identify key risks to the Company's portfolio and trading/banking activities.

Collaborate with global peers within the Risk group to ensure consistent controls, systems, and processes are in place across the teams.

Utilize market knowledge to understand and explain business activities and strategies, providing insights into business performance.

Provide expertise in embedded optionality and risk profiles of assets.

Liaise directly with trading desks and other businesses to ensure effective risk management.

**Requirements**:

5+ years of professional experience in a similar role.

Risk and control-oriented with strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Strong knowledge of financial products and financial math.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multi-task functions and understand position management and price risk for a physical and future commodities book.

Understanding of major market risk metrics such as Value-at-Risk.

Self-starter with proactive actions and strong Excel skills.

Fluent English.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

R/C#/SQL or Python skills are a plus.

Good understanding of options and modeling of Greeks is a plus.
