Job Overview
A Quality Manager is sought to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control cleaning activities, including managing staff and supplies
- Coordinate waste collection and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Supervise pest control and food safety audits
- Oversee gardening services and maintenance of hygiene equipment
- Manage contracts and suppliers, including terminations, amendments, and hiring
- Inspect stores to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to ensure excellent service and operations
- Monitor quality audits and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
- Experience in quality management, preferably in retail or commercial environments
- Knowledge of cleaning management, audits, and sanitary standards
- Negotiation skills and contract management
- Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Managing waste and maintaining a clean environment
- Implementing corrective actions to improve quality
