- Client Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring efficient implementation and comprehensive training for client teams.
- Understanding Client Objectives: Map and understand clients' business goals, aligning expectations and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
As a Senior Customer Success Professional, you will act as a trusted advisor focused on onboarding, engagement, expansion, and retention of high-value clients. You will be responsible for understanding clients' business objectives and proposing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
