Job Description:

As a highly skilled professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by resolving their daily back-office end-user issues. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and provide necessary enhancements.

Key responsibilities include developing requirements per given stream, managing day-to-day assigned tasks, contributing to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues, analyzing and formulating overall solutions as per project deliverables, and performing various levels of testing for assigned deliverables.

You will also be expected to follow up on new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, and other such items. Additionally, you will participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities, including pre and post-trade workflows, datamart, market data, batch processing, end of day flows, interfaces, and trade life cycle
  • Strong personality, logical, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and self-starter
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD
  • Understanding of P&L concept and its components
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally
  • Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
