Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Murex Back-Office Support Specialist. This role will involve providing daily support to end-users, resolving issues on both functional and technical aspects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Resolving daily back-office end-user issues on both functional and technical aspects.
  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance necessary processes.
  • Developing requirements per given stream and according to resolution needs.
  • Managing day-to-day assigned tasks for application support deliverables.
  • Contributing to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues.
  • Analyzing and formulating solutions for overall project deliverables.
  • Following up on new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, regulations and practices globally.
  • Performing testing for assigned deliverables and participating in formal release cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (pre and post-trade workflows).
  • Experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow, interfaces and Trade Life Cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and relationship-building skills.
