Delivering exceptional customer experiences relies heavily on optimizing 3PL capacity performance. As a senior expert in this field, your primary goal will be to develop and refine a robust KPI model that effectively motivates partners to achieve platform capacity attendance targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of capacity operation, marketplace balance, and 3PL performance models. Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL and business intelligence is also essential, along with excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing an optimized KPI model that incentivizes partners to meet capacity attendance targets
  • Analyzing and monitoring partner performance in capacity attendance and adjusting the KPI model accordingly
