Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Development: Lead and develop a team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Schedule and Budget Management: Create, enforce, and modify project schedules and budgets in collaboration with project directors and managers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet operational goals and quality standards by playing games in development.
  • Staffing and Development: Evaluate and implement staffing strategies to meet project needs, directing the professional development of project management employees.
  • Culture and Advocacy: Advocate for studio cultural values, fostering an environment of craft excellence, collaboration, and inclusion.
Supervisory Duties:
  • Direct Supervision: Directly supervise project managers and indirectly supervise the project management department.
  • Policies and Laws: Carry out supervisory responsibilities according to organization policies and applicable laws.
