Job Description

Serve as a liaison between product and technology teams to drive business requirements forward. Facilitate requirement gathering, definition, and analysis through various methods.

Translate business needs into actionable user stories that meet stakeholder expectations. Analyze current and target states to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

  • Conduct client interviews to capture operational requirements and validate assumptions.
  • Develop detailed documentation of business processes, user flows, and system design.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet technical feasibility and are aligned with stakeholder expectations.

Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within IT is required. Functional expertise in transaction and/or web-based business applications is necessary.

Proficiency in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation, workflow analysis, and process modeling is essential.

Deep knowledge of UI/UX design and development is necessary. Proficiency in creating conceptual modeling deliverables such as wireframes, process models, and other diagrams to facilitate system design and compel client understanding.

Experience performing statistical and data analysis is desired.
