Sales Executive Opportunity

RSG Brasil is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Mato Grosso, Brazil. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our sales representatives in the sales process, creating leads and new clients, and developing and reporting on the Brazilian market for sales products.

Responsibilities:
  • Support sales representatives in the sales process, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of sales objectives.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in Agro/Chemical products to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling demonstrations, engaging in technical discussions with prospects and their product and services teams to build strong relationships and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales qualification gaps in clients, expand and create new accounts, and gather requirements to define solutions.
  • Contribute to the company's revenue growth through organic expansion and potential M&A processes.
  • Report to the Sales Director/HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account/project management, customer success management, or highly technical/strategic roles in the agricultural/Chemical industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a strong client portfolio.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Commercial mindset, goal-oriented, quick learner, and self-motivated.
  • Strong motivation to learn new things and products to implement and develop.
  • Willingness to travel.

Salary Range: Open to negotiation, with a starting salary in November 2024. PJ form available.
