Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear procedures, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Mapping end-to-end processes to identify areas of improvement and streamline workflows.
  • Creating and updating process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and execution guides.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation reflects current best practices.

You will also be expected to:

  • Analyze data and stakeholder feedback to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations to enhance process productivity and conversion rates.
  • Pilot new workflows and implement changes as needed.

In addition, you will support the maintenance and rollout of messaging frameworks and objection-handling scripts, as well as track feedback from stakeholders to inform future improvements.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with process design and workflow optimization, and familiarity with sales operations tools.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in process optimization, enablement, or sales operations and excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
