Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Execution/Logistics Processes & System Optimization team, you will play a vital role in the evolution and deployment of our Trading system (Atlas v2) core model for the NLT region.

Your primary responsibility will be to build an Atlas v2 Core model with standardized Domestic business features and minimum local specifics for the stream of Invoicing & Payments, which includes Purchase/Sales invoices, Prepayments, Tax-related inbounds/outbounds, Secondary costs including Interests, Quality premium/discounts, Payment orders, and Washout settlements.

Responsibilities
  1. Build an Atlas v2 Core model with standardized Domestic business features and minimum local specifics for the stream of Invoicing & Payments.
  2. Understand and validate local business requirements, pain points, and end-to-end As-Is processes.
  3. Explain the Atlas v2 core model to local teams.
  4. Identify, challenge, and validate gaps (MVP and Non-MVP) and elaborate solutions in collaboration with the global team.
  5. Participate in the end-to-end To-Be process design in collaboration with EPSOs and FPSOs of other streams for all products of the Invoicing & Payments scope.
  6. Work with business analysts (BAs) to specify requirements, review Product Backlog items (PBIs), incl priorities and acceptance criteria, created by BAs, and propose improvements when needed.
  7. Set the test plan, assist in testing with BAs, and validate test results.
  8. Successfully deploy Atlas v2 for Domestic Execution (NLT).
  9. Ensure standard deployment activities are performed by BAs.
  10. Assist in UAT and follow-up on any technical/functional issues during test.
  11. Participate in data migration validation.
  12. Identify end users and communicate new features and processes.
  13. Support BAs in cut-over activities and end-user training.
  14. Support business during hypercare, conduct, and monitor change management activities for system/process adoption.
  15. Follow up on incidents.
  16. Review and document any new requirements post go-live.
Requirements
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to gather and analyze information, define problems, and form an action plan.
  • Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of this role.
  • Experienced in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse business units in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated planning expertise.
  • Experience in Financial/Tax area is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of the agri-business sector is a strong plus.
  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and any Commodity Front office system.
Additional Information

Advanced English and native Portuguese is mandatory.
