Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements across various business functions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process changes
- Analyze and evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business operations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of process improvements
- Identify and address any roadblocks or issues that may arise during implementation
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to gather and analyze complex data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in process optimization or related field
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Fluency in English and native Portuguese is mandatory
