- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network bottlenecks and maintain performance standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor return trends and provide actionable insights for process optimization.
About the Role:
As a key member of the Sustainable Transportation & Reverse Operations team, you will shape the reverse logistics operations from the ground up, driving meaningful impact through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Partner with global teams to innovate and implement new solutions in emerging fields.
- Monitor and analyze return metrics, identifying areas for process optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLookups.
- Advanced English proficiency.
