Job Role: Supply Chain Optimization Manager

The key objective of this role is to lead the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies that ensure timely delivery of medical devices. This involves overseeing and optimizing the entire logistics network, including consigned products at customers, main distribution centers, branches, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic logistics initiatives that promote efficient distribution and minimize costs.
  • Manage and optimize logistics processes, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with business goals.
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals and mentor them in supply chain management best practices.
  • Implement and maintain effective quality systems and compliance procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex logistics networks and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools such as WMS, SAP, and track & trace.
