We are seeking an experienced Design Support Specialist to collaborate on U.S.-based residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation, as well as proficiency in SoftPlan software.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create and modify floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using SoftPlan.
    • Generate construction documents and print-ready drawing sets directly from the model in real-time using SoftPlan.
    • Collaborate directly with clients to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
    • Follow clear instructions and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SoftPlan software.
  • Prior experience in U.S. residential design projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks without frequent follow-ups.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with SoftPlan Cloud and ability to work with tools like Google Drive or Dropbox for file sharing.
  • Good communication skills; comfort using Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Fluency in English (B2 minimum).
