Job Title: Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to join our team.

Type: Contract

Job Overview:

  • Support and improve the Onboarding module in an indefinite-term project.

About You:

  • Senior profile with at least 7 years of experience, fluent in English (C1) and Portuguese, interacting with global teams.
  • Immediate start preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide functional and technical expertise in process areas and integration points.
  2. Understand global templates and regional solutions; resolve tickets while maintaining solutions.
  3. Follow ADM IT processes, update tickets, and document resolutions.
  4. Configure minor system enhancements per standards and design documents.
  5. Support audits, ensure compliance with security standards.
  6. Collaborate with teams for process improvements.
  7. Support the Onboarding module, troubleshoot issues, monitor integrations.
  8. Assist with configuration updates, testing, deployment, and user support.
  9. Manage user roles, generate reports, participate in upgrades, and provide training.
