Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Portuguese.

  • Ownership vision and a strong problem-solving orientation.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in customer support through chat or other online communication channels.
  • Advanced communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack.
