About the Role
Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a highly skilled Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT network infrastructure service/product development projects
- Develop and maintain target architecture, solution architecture for priority infrastructure services and/or products
- Manage project cost structure, track and report project deliverables, manage risk, manage contracts, and apply project management processes and tools
- Develop a 3-to-5-year long Network infrastructure product/service strategy and ensure necessary architecture requirements are developed in a timely manner
- Participate in Architecture Review Board/Design Authority to ensure all service/product development work takes place in an aligned and coordinated way
- Participate in IT change programs at regional/global levels to achieve maximum business benefits
- Play an important role in the support structure as part of the escalation process, delivering product/service-related expertise for the timely resolution of incidents and problems
- May take part in the deployment of regionally and globally developed solutions and be responsible for operational excellence of the product/service developed
- Ensure high client satisfaction for projects/engagements executed
- Interact with IT Operations, IT Function staff/manager, Purchasing/Procurement, Legal, key subcontractors, and/or with vendors during all the life cycle phases of the network solutions
- Provide technical advice/guidance to the project teams, Service Delivery and Service Desk & Monitoring groups

Your Profile
Requirements
- BSc/MSc engineering or related IT
- Fluent English, French is plus
- 10 to 12 years of IT Network infrastructure experience, with up to 6 to 8 years of which was as the Network Architect
- Network domain specialty includes Cisco/Fortinet LAN/WAN/Cyber-Security, M365 based Telephony, MS Azure virtual networking
- RFP experience including, SLA development, contract development, review, and approval
- Vendor performance management including effective governance and operational and management escalation with experience in managed services (NOC)
- Ability to work across multiple groups and geographies and cultures to solve problems thus minimizing service level risk
- Leadership skills in building consensus in managing remote teams and resolving conflicts and delivering effective results
- Deep problem resolution and root cause analysis skills
- Architecture development methodology experience or qualification + Project Management skills or certification
- Experience in LAN campus design, Data Center LAN/DMZ design, SD-WAN, Cisco/Fortigate firewalls, IDP/IDS, Azure, cloud-based proxy services
- ITIL Foundation Level Certification + Architecture Development Methodology (TOGAF)
