The Retail team is seeking a Sr Pricing Program Manager to lead pricing strategy and operations for Brazil, ensuring long-term customer trust through competitive pricing across millions of products.

This role involves defining, building, and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR, working closely with business teams to align pricing strategy with their goals.

The Sr Pricing PM will also oversee all pricing operations for the country, developing scalable solutions, reporting metrics to business teams and BR leadership, and auditing pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business teams to ensure pricing strategy aligns with their goals
  • Evaluating the retail landscape, adjusting pricing strategy, and generating insights for business teams
  • Working with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance
  • Auditing pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness
  • Developing and reporting on key pricing efforts and metrics
  • Driving and launching initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams
  • Understanding BR-specific requirements and educating WW teams on those

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Relevant years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience with program or project management experience
  • Managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
