We are seeking a Sr Pricing Program Manager to lead pricing strategy and operations for Brazil, driving long-term customer trust by offering competitive prices across millions of products.
This role involves defining, building and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR, collaborating with business teams to ensure alignment with their goals.
The Sr Pricing PM will also be responsible for all pricing operations for the country, running scalable solutions, reporting metrics to business teams and BR leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Work with business teams to ensure pricing strategy aligns with their goals
- Evaluate retail landscape, adjust pricing strategy and generate insights for business teams
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments and Finance
- Audit pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness
- Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics
- Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams
- Understand BR specific requirements and educate WW teams on those
- Relevant years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience with program or project management experience
- Managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
