About the Role

This position involves supporting product innovations with a focus on artificial intelligence. You will serve as a key link between software engineers, product managers, and scrum masters. Your role will include developing machine learning algorithms based on classification, regression, and LLMs through prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and agent development.

  • Act as an entrepreneur in residence in the search for artificial intelligence solutions;
  • Develop machine learning pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs as well as technical robustness criteria for long-term operations;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with the Databricks platform, including MLFlow;
  • Ability to build machine learning models using major frameworks like scikit-learn and Keras or XGBoost;
  • Programming in Python and/or Node.js;
