Job Title: Digital Product Innovator

We are seeking a talented Digital Product Innovator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building digital products that deliver delightful experiences and increase efficiency for our end customers and internal partners.

Our tech stack includes SAP S/4, leveraging transactional aspects and other solutions that connect our business partners through APIs, web and mobile applications, and new channels we are still exploring.

We strongly embrace the Clean Core concept, expanding our development stack to cloud platforms like AWS, data and machine learning platforms like Databricks and Palantir.

Our team values innovation in daily work and is dedicated to creating products that customers love.

In this role, you will support product innovations with a focus on artificial intelligence.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and scrum masters to develop machine learning algorithms and build data extraction, transformation, and loading pipelines.

  • Acting as an entrepreneur in residence in the search for AI solutions across Finance;
  • Defining roadmaps and blueprints for AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions;
  • Developing machine learning algorithms based on classification, regression, and solutions using LLMs;
  • Building ETL pipelines, versioning, experimentation, and continuous delivery of machine learning models;
  • Designing, developing, and testing code to deliver desired functionality;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure features meet business needs;
  • Operating in a 'Build & Run' model, supporting feature and/or model development;
  • Actively solving problems by identifying root causes and working with clients to ensure operations and incident resolution;
  • Training and mentoring team members;
  • Following agile methodologies aligned with software industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Advanced English proficiency;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience with Databricks platform, including MLFlow;
  • Ability to build machine learning models using major frameworks like scikit-learn and Keras or XGBoost;
  • Programming in Python and/or Node.js;
  • Knowledge with relational and non-relational databases, as well as query languages (SQL and NoSQL);
  • Knowledge of RAG, GraphRAG, KAG among others;
  • Experience with agent architectures and multi-agent systems.

  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams in global environments;
  • Experience with SAP applications.
