Senior CRM Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CRM strategy for Sportsbook and Casino products.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive CRM plan in collaboration with stakeholders, taking into account local regulations, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Own the CRM initiative and ensure its successful implementation.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns using various customer channels such as onsite messaging, email, messaging, and social media.
- Liaise with stakeholders for fine-tuning automated lifecycle journeys, sharing market insights, competition intelligence, and best practices.
- Ensure campaign execution and delivery as per plan, keeping stakeholders informed about volumes, performance, and outcomes.
- Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance.
- Lead ongoing segmentation of the customer base to identify insights and target customer segments with specific campaigns.
- Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing in a technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing campaign strategies based on customer needs and profile.
- Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data.
- Great organization, planning, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid experience in implementing, driving, and managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
- Professional experience with CRM tools like Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
This role requires excellent English language skills and a deep understanding of customer motivation.
