Job Overview

This role provides the opportunity to work in a global energy organization, overseeing projects and managing multiple priorities.

As an AMO Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance services to our customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned.
  • Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and perform visual inspections of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
  • Complete incident investigations and entry requirements with effective root cause analyses and corrective actions.
  • Evaluate maintenance processes and procedures for efficient maintenance of equipment and potential improvements in quality, reliability, turnaround times, and costs.
  • Identify cost-out opportunities and elevate to supervisor for review/implementation.
  • Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership of engineers and technicians in the absence of supervisor/manager.
  • Adhere to the on-call/shift schedule, providing immediate support to attend operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a diploma as an Electronics Engineer, Control and Automation Engineer, or Electrical Engineer.
  • Have knowledge of electronics circuits and laboratory instruments.
  • Have knowledge of hydraulic circuits.
  • Have maintenance experience, with proven qualifications, on basic and advanced surface and downhole wireline equipment.
  • Be proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously to meet client and operational needs.
  • Demonstrate ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Be a team player with good communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Display enthusiasm to learn and develop your skill set and knowledge through self-study in a hands-on environment.
