Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to assume the role of Supply Chain Manager. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strategic relationships with dedicated providers and ensuring optimal contractual terms while maintaining internal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and refine sourcing strategies at both business and plant levels, including management of regional and business teams.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
  • Communication and Problem Solving: Facilitate communication with direct colleagues and the business regarding approach and methods for solving complex problems, and lead design and implementation of projects with work goals spanning 1-2 years to complete and impact felt over the 12-month to 2-year time horizon.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles and activities is required.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; Spanish is an asset.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the oil and gas industry, coupled with extensive knowledge about the oil and gas business in Brazil, is highly valued.
  • Negotiation and Analytical Skills: Strong experience in negotiations, strategic sourcing, and customer relations, along with the ability to analyze and solve problems, is essential.
