  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Legal Counsel. This role will provide key support for our innovative initiatives, state-of-the-art products, and global infrastructure expansion in Brazil and Latin America.

  • This is a full-time position based in São Paulo, Brazil, where the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Brazilian laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support for infrastructure projects in Brazil and across Latin America.
  • Advise on real estate matters, including land acquisition, leasing, zoning, licensing, and permitting.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including construction, engineering, procurement, outsourcing, utilities, and service-level agreements.
  • Support regulatory and compliance matters, including environmental, health & safety, data protection, and local infrastructure regulations.
  • Partner with global and regional teams on cross-border infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk frameworks.
  • Manage external counsel and coordinate with technical, engineering, procurement, tax, and government affairs teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on dispute prevention and resolution in connection with infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

">
  • Licensed to practice law in Brazil.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience, with significant focus on infrastructure, construction, real estate, or related regulatory matters.
  • Strong commercial contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage across functions and cultures.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
