Position Overview:
EMIS is seeking experienced Consultants specializing in business systems and governance. We are looking for candidates at various levels of expertise:
- Chief Consultants/Partners: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- Senior Consultants: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Consultants: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Junior Consultants: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Work Environment:
This role primarily offers remote work flexibility. However, candidates should be prepared to travel to the headquarters of EMIS's clients or regional offices as needed.
Contract Details:
Type: Consultant Frame Agreement
Duration: 3+3 years
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance the organization's financial management systems.
- Review and update the business continuity and contingency plans.
- Provide guidance on quality assurance procedures.
- Conduct financial due diligence assessments.
- Design an Operating Model: Develop a comprehensive design for the new operating model, addressing changes in processes, workflows, and organizational structure.
- Assess reporting relationships across departments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish a Governance and Decision-Making Structure: Define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes for the new operating model.
- Benchmarking and Best Practices: Research industry standards to inform process improvements.
- Conduct business process analysis to compare current practices with industry best practices and identify areas for enhancement.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum B.A. or equivalent first-level education; a Master's degree is required for Chief and Senior positions.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Qualified to perform assigned tasks with relevant knowledge and experience in international organizations or NGOs.
- Management experience is essential for higher-level positions.
- Ability to work independently and take on appropriate responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site if required.
