We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Facebook and Instagram ad channels, leveraging their expertise to drive results.

">Responsibilities">

  • Take ownership of our Meta ad account, developing and executing campaigns that exceed expectations.">
  • Develop 95% of the ad angles, hooks, and campaigns, with a focus on direct-response marketing and customer psychology.">
  • Build and test landing pages that convert, utilizing customer stories and product results to fuel creative ideas.">
  • Transform raw ideas into full-fledged ads, leveraging leadership skills and a willingness to take ownership.">
  • Build your own lean team as needed, including video editors and image creators, to support campaign execution.">
  • Hit and maintain ROAS targets, requesting necessary tools and budget as required.">

  • Experience scaling Meta ad accounts spending £100K+/month, with a proven track record of success.">
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing and customer psychology, with the ability to write or brief scroll-stopping ads.">
