Job Title: Data Center Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Data Center Operations Specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and operating high availability data centers using various technologies such as VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.

The ideal candidate will have experience with core network technologies, including switches, spine-leaf, L3-7, and must be able to manage and monitor large-scale infrastructure environments.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, operate, and monitor high availability data centers using VXRail, Dell, Storage EMC, and HP Baremetal Servers.
  • Coordinate tape library operations in remote sites.
  • Responsible for keeping tape libraries safe according to customer policies.
  • Monitor execution, recover or restart operations, and scale problems if required.
  • Participate in DR training and real situations.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date for backup, restore, and DR processes.
  • Prepare runbooks for command center execution.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with backup/snapshot images, configuration, files, objects, archives, databases, SAP, using disks, tapelibrary, cloud.
  • Systems engineer, telecommunications, or related fields with knowledge of tools like Zabbix/Grafana/PBI/Tableau.
  • Experience with DC IT Infrastructure (Servers, Core Network, Storage, Operational System, ERP, HCI).
  • Used to monitor multiple devices/applications using Zabbix/Grafana/PBI/Tableau.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree.
  • English Advanced/Fluent.
